With The Prodigy, Daft Punk, Blur and Primal Scream among its alumni, fans of Portugal’s Southwest Festival have come to expect killer line-ups every year, and 2012 will be no exception.
This year’s edition of Southwest Festival can boast the Gorillaz Sound System, David Guetta, Jessie J and Pearl Jam singer Eddie Vedder as just some of the big names set to perform, against the backdrop of southern Portugal’s beautiful Zambujeira do Mar region.
In fact dozens of artists will grace the three stages of the Southwest Festival across five days, from the 1st-5th August. The main stage, the Palco TMN, will host the more mainstream acts, whereas the Palco Groovebox and Palco MEO Reggae Box stages will take care of those with more underground tastes.
