There is no other street party than in Salvador Bahia, Brazil. It’s the world’s largest party that is alluring more than thousand tourists all over the world. The carnival is about not only the nubile beautiful women and girls in feathers in the floats. Until and unless you don’t witness it yourself, you won’t understand its charisma.

Thus, by its so much of popularity, one can conclude that the Salvador’s knows how to party. The carnival of Salvador Bahia, Brazil is also the most happening party than the carnival of Rio. Though the Rio carnival covers 700 meters of extensive street, which is as big as seven football stadium, but the Salvador’s carnival covers every nooks and corners of the city, streets bursting with people as much as possible. The whole experience about the Salvador carnival is totally different experience one can have. It looks like a three years old kids bashing party with all adults dressed in casuals, painted or costumes.

Annually, around two millions people come together to celebrate the Salvador carnival for six continues days from evening to till early dawn. It’s just amazing to watch such bursting crowd on streets. Huge trucks occupied by the bands make the parade dance and boogie at the same time.

Why you Salvador carnival is so amazing? Firstly, the over-bursting crowd, then the cost free of full entertainment and dance. The beat part of seeing the crowd dancing is from at a distance. The crowd while dancing, pops, I mean jump, like a pop corn which is strikingly amazing. If you don’t like crowd and like to have your own space, camarote are the best place for you where you will get drinks, food, and water. Camarote means fixed cabins situated beside the avenues and to be there, you need to buy pass ticket. You want to be on streets dancing and flaunting your moves, there is another way to do it. Abada, around the Trio and bounded by the bodyguards. You also have to wear a colorful t-shirt to look like a member of the Trio or bloco. To enter the group you will again need to buy tickets for it. The street abada are much cheaper, and the scenes of seeing the trio moves with its abada, the space is reduces by the bodyguards’ ropes and street seems to be narrowed by itself. Stull people don’t mind and dance till they drop down. People, in Salvador carnival, don’t even feel enough after dancing till their shoes get wear and tear.

Where to stay in the Salvador Carnival

The accommodation is never a problem in Bahia, Brazil. The rates vary at different places with facilities. It depends on you what you want from there. If you want to just dance and participate in the carnival, the backpackers will get accommodation near the carnival. Just for sleeping, you will get floor space, excluded of facilities, for 200 euros. To have a dorm bed room, it will cost you 300 to 600 euros a week, depending on your locations and comforts. You will get private rooms for over 800 euros a week for a couple.
